Text message program terms & conditions
By opting into our SMS messaging services, you agree to receive text messages related to our services, including rental confirmations, pickup/return reminders, fee notices, customer support, and important updates.
Opt-in & consent:
- Marketing SMS opt-in is collected only through the LeadConnector chat widget on our website, where you enter your name and phone number and optionally check a consent box
- Transactional rental texts (confirmations and reminders) are sent to customers who provide a phone number at checkout
- We maintain timestamped records of opt-in actions
- We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable laws
Opt-out instructions:
- You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying “STOP”
